Located in the heart of Eastern Arizona College’s campus life, our property offers modern comfort and convenience for an affordable price. While we do not currently offer co-ed housing, we are accepting applications for Fall 2022 for both boys and girls housing.

Our property was built with your lifestyle in mind. We are located steps from the Institute, from the library, and the student center on campus. Casual dining, recreational areas, and quiet green space for you to enjoy the outdoors or a study break will make you feel right at home in your new life as a student.
